The HPC Operational Data Analytics community is launching the HPC ODA TechTalk Series, a new public presentation series featuring invited talks from practitioners and researchers across the HPC community. The series evolves from the community’s long-running internal brownbag sessions into a more open format: presentations are made publicly available, including slides and recordings, so that the broader HPC community can benefit from the knowledge shared.
The HPC Operational Data Analytics community held its annual Birds of a Feather session at SC25 in St. Louis, Missouri on November 20, 2025. This year’s session, “Operational Data Analytics: Mind the Gap,” brought together approximately 34 attendees (29 of whom engaged via Mentimeter) to explore a central question: how can we make operational data accessible to the stakeholders who need it most, while respecting privacy, security, and legal requirements?
